Webmaster /Graphics Designer
We are seeking a Webmaster / Graphics Designer, who will be responsible for the management of the company’s external website and implementing the visual creative direction and design of the company’s marketing, sales and related support materials.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work with corporate marketing to plan, create and produce a variety of web layouts and graphics. The role will require a comprehensive understanding of web applications and related technologies as well as a thorough understanding of site navigation, design principles and creation of web graphics.
- Measure site utilization and effectiveness, as well as help integrate new technologies into the Web environment
- Manage posting (not creation of) web content. Provide requirements and implementation support for scheduled comprehensive updates to external website
- Coordinate and oversee any external vendor/consultant programming as it relates to the corporate website and portal projects
- Continuously verify the integrity of all site data to ensure that correct information is posted and presented to ensure validity of information
- Marketing Communications, Graphic layout and design of corporate promotional and marketing materials including, but not exclusive to advertising campaigns, collateral and customer presentations
- Prepare and maintain corporate graphic standards manuals and templates
- Review and consult on designs created by other internal or external parties to ensure high quality and alignment with brand and design standards
- Plan enhancements to encourage brand awareness. Work to ensure integrity of brand through all artwork produced
- Collaborate on program development and marketing plans
- Develop and maintain web related vendor relations
- Developing and day-to-day maintenance of web content.
- Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective web pages; Creating and optimizing web images for download efficiency and clean design.
- Responding to a variety of web-related requests across departments; Synthesizing feedback from multiple sources.
- Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Monitoring, testing and analyzing campaigns, including keywords and ad copy, in order to increase ranking and CTRs and overall effectiveness of SEM
- Data analysis, charting and reporting Account creation and management
- Relationship management with search partners
- Tracking and management of marketing ad campaigns
- Assist in writing effective ad copy
- Conducting ongoing SEM competitive analysis research
Job skills desired/required:
- A Bachelors degree in Web Design, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in Web design and development
- Experience using web design tools such as: Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, FrontPage (Adobe CS3 Suite)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Expert HTML, XML and CSS skills; JavaScript, CGI, Java Applets experience a plus
- 2-5 years of in-depth experience with content management systems
- Experience with Web analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Market)
- Exceptional communication skills including written, oral, and presentation
- 2-3 years of Web graphics experience, including static and motion graphics, using Adobe Flash
- Extensive knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop
- Search Engine Optimization experience with medium to large Web sites
- Ability to guide content creators in the creation of “community” content
- Must be able to explain, troubleshoot, and provide innovative solutions to content presentation problems

Software Developer
We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded software developer who can contribute to the development of our web 2.0 applications. The developer is expected to have deep knowledge of JavaScript as an object oriented programming language, AJAX frameworks, and an expert understanding of the client-server relationships that Web 2.0 technologies introduce.
Requirements:
- Expert-level Javascript. 5-7 years of Javascript development.
- 2+ years of AJAX development experience. In-depth knowledge of available Javascript libraries and frameworks.
- CS degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (C# preferred).
- Must understand the fundamentals of software development, including best practices and OOD design patterns.
- An in-depth understanding of cross-browser, and front-end development issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires coordinating development efforts across multiple groups, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to manage one's time effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines.
Skills required/desired:
- Expert-level CSS and HTML. The ability to create complex, table-less layouts implemented using CSS and semantically correct markup a plus.
- Working knowledge of XML and XSLT. Experience implementing elegant XSL template structures to render complex designs is a plus.

Quality Assurance Analyst
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. Experience in the healthcare industry and /or automated testing products a plus.
Requirements:
- Test software and report and track any defects found.
- Gather testing requirements from product managers. .
- Document test procedures. .
- Create clearly written, easy to follow test cases in accordance with test case guidelines. .
- Perform regression testing and verification of bugs fixed by development. .
- Fully utilize all of the tools provided for QA purposes. .
- Test software interfaces with third party products. .
- Write SQL queries for use in testing and analysis. .
- Test in a variety of environments. .
Skills required/desired:
- 1 year software testing or equivalent technical experience. .

Medical Software Trainer
We are seeking two candidates for Medical Software Trainers to successfully provide training of the e-MDs Solution Series, which includes Practice Management and EMR software, to physician practices of all sizes.
Requirements:
- Present materials and information in a classroom setting to a diverse group of up to 25 participants.
- Facilitate learning process to a diverse group of up to 25 participants in a classroom setting.
- Develop and maintain training materials that demonstrate adult learning techniques in a medical office setting.
- Problem solve to assist participant learning.
- Follow up with participants according to establish protocols once training has been completed.
- Willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
Skills required/desired:
- At least 5 years directly related work in the healthcare industry.
- At least 2-3 years experience working with medical software (PM and/or Clinical).
- At least 2-3 years in PMS implementation and training experience.
- Proven experience with MS Windows products
- Must have a thorough understanding of a physician office including clinical knowledge, office work flow, appointment scheduling, medical insurance billing, and collections.
- Must be able to exude confidence of medical practice and clinical management knowledge, and the understanding of a customer's situation, while working with them implementing a new computer system.
- Must be a highly motivated person that can work autonomously as well as being part of a team.
- Must be a process focused individual able to multi-task in challenging, sometimes stressful situations.
