The system even has the ability to link visit times with RVUs and reimbursement rates.

The topsBill 2.0.0 solution will also provide a mail merge and label processing feature that will simplify the process of communicating with patients for marketing, health maintenance, illness prevention, follow-up or recall and collections purposes, allowing clinics to save standardized forms to their databases for more timely, professional communication with patients. Other enhancements, such as expanded claims error checking and on-screen HCFA previews, will work to reduce denials and simplify the insurance filing process.
