Q Is there an easy way to send a patient’s entire medical record via fax or print?

A Yes.

Step 1: Open the patients chart

Step 2: Click on the printer icon and select entire patient chart

Choose what records you want to include; You can either print or fax

Step 3: Click on the scanner icon which will take you into DocMan

Step 4: Click File and select either Print or Fax. This will select everything in DocMan, however you can pick and choose which files you wish to send by checking or unchecking the boxes on the far left.

Q Is there a ready made pharmacy list available for SureScripts?

A Each night SureScripts provides e-MDs an updated list from their database. This information is placed within our server’s database. When providers register for SureScripts with us, and the package is installed, the link between your database and ours will update your pharmacy list. If a pharmacy is in our list, but not one you have in your database, there is a feature to ‘add’ to your database from our list upon saving the link.
