Visit Note
Within one unified window, Chart's side by side view of the patient's Health Summary and Visit Note allows the user to review pertinent patient information during the documentation of the visit. In addition, the use of e-MDs' unique template driven sentence
creation technology provides the user with customizable, grammatically correct, and easily readable sentences. For added flexibility the user may also choose to document using free text, macros, handwriting recognition, or voice recognition.
Flow Sheets
Completely customizable flow sheets allow for the documentation and tracking of any type of data via a spreadsheet format. This feature gives the user a linear view of past, as well as current, clinical data.
Flow Sheet Graphing
Any numeric value that is documented in Flow Sheets is available for graphing. This provides the user with a two dimensional representation of clinical data that can provide additional insight into the patient's ongoing status.
Refill Grids
The Refill Grid improves workflow by allowing for rapid completion of prescription refill tasks. Users can easily refill every prescription in a patient's Current Medications List via printer, fax, or phone with just 3 clicks!
Template Creation
We have designed and built hundreds of templates across a wide spectrum of medical specialties. However, you are not limited to just the templates we provide. e-MDs' EMR system comes with a WYSIWYG template editor. The system does not require an IT expert
or a programmer to create the documentation templates you wish, and there is no need to pay us to create or modify templates. Our system empowers you to determine the data you wish to collect and the manner in which you wish to collect it.
