Meet & Greet Casino Night
The Grand Ballroom is transformed into a Vegas Style Casino to kick off your weekend at UC2010. Network your way through an evening of fine food, cocktails, live music, Casino games and relaxing conversation.  The Meet & Greet gives attendees an opportunity to mingle and play with peers, e-MDs management and personnel and conference sponsors. Food and drinks are provided.

Thursday 6:30-9:30pm

Vendor Fair
Take advantage of this opportunity to get quality face time with e-MDs Partners and learn more about how their products and services can contribute to your practice.  The conference staff works diligently in recruiting vendors from a wide variety of industries that offer relevant products and services.   Vendors are available everyday, and during breaks and lunch.  See our Sponsorship page for participating vendors.

Time to network! Lunch tables will be “marked” with identifying specialty flags. Enjoy this opportunity to meet with peers and share information and experiences unique to your specialty’s use of e-MDs Solution Series.

Product Lab
Spend time with the e-MDs support staff in the Microsoft / Dell Product Lab, as they answer your questions and take a few moments in a hands-on environment to practice the tips and tricks you learn.  The product lab will be available all three days of the conference from 7 am – 5 pm.
 


Friday Night Excursions
These optional events are pre-planned excursions to enjoy the Austin scene.  Known for its live music, great restaurants, and friendly inhabitants, Austin provides many opportunities for visitors to have a great experience.  Shuttle service will be provided from the AT&T Center and then back after the event is over.   Excursions vary in activity and price.  Please see Description and Fees to find out about the specific events.
