What time will classes begin?
Classes will begin at 8:00 am each day; the Product labs will be open from 7 am - 5 pm.
Will I get a copy of the presentations from the User Conference?
Each attendee will be provided with a CD of with the presentations from the User Conference at the time of registration.
Will written materials be provided?
We're Green. Aren't you paperless? Written materials are not provided to all attendees, but may be purchased in advance or onsite for a fee of $75.00.
Do I have to register for specific classes?
Yes, classes must be selected in advance, when you register online. Please verify your course selections on your registration confirmation to ensure you are registered for the classes you wish to attend. Several classes are filled to capacity and only attendees registered for those classes will be able to attend.
Should I bring my laptop/thumb drive?
Yes, we recommend bringing your laptop and/or a flash drive (thumb drive). Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the AT&T Center, as well as in each classroom. Flash drives will also provide you opportunities to save your work and/or other helpful documents.
Will meals be provided during the conference?
Yes, Breakfast and Lunch will be served at the AT&T conference center. There will also be coffee and snacks between sessions.
If I am driving where should I park?
Parking at the AT&T Center garage is $14.00 per day for User Conference attendees.
What is the suggested dress code for the conference?
Dress comfortably and prepare for high temperatures in Austin.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to 10% of the total registration amount charged. Cancellations made between March 15, 2010 and June 1, 2010 will incur no fees other than the established 10% of the total registration amount charged fee. Cancellations made between June 1, 2010 and July 1, 2010 will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the total registration amount charged.
Cancellations made after July 1, 2010 are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
What is the Meet and Greet/Casino Night?
The Grand Ballroom is transformed into a Vegas Style Casino, giving attendees an opportunity to mingle and play with peers and e-MDs management and personnel, prior to the launch of the main conference. Fun, music, dancing, food and drinks are all provided. Casino Night is held Thursday 6:30-9:30pm.
What if I need to register onsite?
Registration will be open Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-8am, and Saturday 7am-8am. An Information booth will be open for your assistance Thursday – Saturday 7am-5pm.
